The Volkov Family is a global Albanite dynasty based in Albany, in the Kingdom of Borneo. It has a dynastic claim over the leadership of Albany, as well as being the royal family of the Borneo throne. It has members across the planet, with interests in politics, business, finance, and media. It has existed since January 2021. It is currently led by LogolWaffle, king of Borneo. The Volkovs also claim to be the rightful descendants of the Quebec Imperial Dynasty, and lay de jure claim to the throne of Imperial Quebec.

The family temporarily operated as an organized crime entity from May 2022 until November 2022. It made money through gold duping, extortion, and falsifying bans. The crime wave ended on November 12, 2022 when AdrianHES was banned for evidence forgery. By early 2023, it had shifted back into a completely legitimate organization.

He is most known for his contributions to the Southeast Asian Conflict and the Pacific War. He is also notable for founding the nation of Borneo and declaring independence from Indochina.

Following his spawn in 2023, he left to join Grand Rapids, Michigan. After Grand Rapids, he left to Toronto then New York City. Finally settling in the town of Albany, He slowly worked up the ranks in Albany from a Recruiter and Builder, to a Councillor, the highest non-mayor rank in the town. In 2024, he was appointed mayor of the town and led it through some of its toughest times. In late 2024, he lost his former account under the name Loganslair1, he got a new account and took upon the name LogolWaffle. In March, 2025, he led the revolution and created the nation of Borneo, declaring independence from Aurora:Indochina. After 52 days, a peace treaty was signed securing peace between the nations and establishing the Kingdom Of Borneo. Later into the year, Borneo join the Third Nubian Empire where it still stands to this day.
LogolWaffle also shares some controversy for his involvement in the 2025 Pilbara discord wipe and the scamming of thousands of gold from EMC residents.

It was founded on March 24, 2025 by LogolWaffle following the onset of the Indochinese Civil War. A monarchy, Borneo also features an elected administrative body, including a Prime Minister and a Cabinet of Ministers. It exists on the island of Borneo, and lays de jure claim to the entirety of the island, though ownership was contested by Indochina during the conflict. == Government ==
Borneo is controlled by King LogolWaffle, the head of the Volkov Royal Family. Power is shared with an elected Executive Branch, consisting of the President and his cabinet of Ministers.

The current structure is as follows:

* King - LogolWaffle
* Prime Minister - N/A
* Minister of Defense - N/A
* Minister of Recruitment - N/A
* Minister of Commerce - N/A
* Minister of Building and Construction - N/A

The power base of Borneo rests in the capital city of Albany, with much of the ministries/government infrastructure having been adopted from the previous city-state of Albany.

History
Borneo claims to be a successor-state to Terra Nova's Imperial Quebec, and by extension, the Volkov Family is a successor to the Quebec Imperial Dynasty. While Albany has attempted to consolidate Borneo into a single power since May 2022, it finally achieved this vision on March 24, 2025 when the state was formally created following the onset of the Indochinese Civil War. Currently, control of the island of Borneo is contested between Indochina, of which Albany was previously subject, and the Kingdom of Borneo.
