Vancouver was founded by Ketchoop on May 15th 2022. On September 20th 2022 Vancouver was bought buy Cascadia with Furballen being appointed as the mayor.
On May 20th 2023, FieldsofWheat would become the Mayor of Vancouver. Upon becoming Mayor of Vancouver wheat began to turn Vancouver into a farming town.

=== Early Life (July 12th, 2022 - August 17th, 2022) ===
Shortly after joining the server ViolentVampire was recruited into Walla Walla, [[Washington (Aurora)]] by __Bon. When Vamp found out that [[Washington (Aurora)]] was funding towns they jumped at the chance as they already were planning to make a town. With a generous donation of 64 gold from [[Washington (Aurora)]] Vamp founded the town of [[Neah bay]] on July 13th 2022. In the following weeks Vamp would rapidly expand [[Neah bay]], claiming an average of 6 chunks a day.

=== First Month in Cascadia (August 17th, 2022 - September 16th, 2022) ===
In the [[August 2022 Cascadia general election]] Vamp was elected to the Cascadian house and was appointed as treasurer by President SayerQT. As a rep and treasurer Vamp would introduce multiple important pieces of legislation. The two most important pieces of legislation introduced by vamp were the Recruitment Act which created the Department of Recruitment (now the Department of Social Services) and Cascadian Town Expansion Act commonly known as CascAID which created a welfare program for towns.
