セルバ社会主義共和国の政治体制は、議会と裁判所と内閣の3つの三権分立を採用している。議会は3つあり、経済院、内政院、外交院の3つがあり、それぞれは憲法、法律、条令とともにそれぞれ独立した役割を持つ。内政院と外交院は選挙を実施しているが、経済院のみは最低限の社会主義制度を維持するため独裁となっている。経済院をほかの機関が権力を監視することで、セルバ社会主義共和国全体としてみた時に独裁ではなく民主主義を保っている。The political system of the Socialist Republic of Selva adopts three separation of powers: parliament, courts, and cabinet. There are three parliaments: the Economic Council, the Interior Council, and the Foreign Relations Council, each of which has its own independent role along with the Constitution, laws, and ordinances. The Interior Council and the Foreign Relations Council hold elections, but only the Economic Council is a dictatorship in order to maintain a minimum socialist system. The Council of Economy is monitored by other organs to maintain democracy rather than dictatorship when viewed as a whole in the Socialist Republic of Selva.

セルバ社会主義共和国の政治体制は、議会と裁判所と内閣の3つの三権分立を採用している。議会は3つあり、経済院、内政院、外交院の3つがあり、それぞれは憲法、法律、条令とともにそれぞれ独立した役割を持つ。内政院と外交院は選挙を実施しているが、経済院のみは最低限の社会主義制度を維持するため独裁となっている。経済院をほかの機関が権力を監視することで、セルバ社会主義共和国全体としてみた時に独裁ではなく民主主義を保っている。The political system of the Socialist Republic of Selva adopts three separation of powers: parliament, courts, and cabinet.
