1417655677102329968: Updated the page

== Hazman ==

Hazman is a small settlement in Ethiopia. It was founded on 10 August 2026 at approximately 11:10 AM EDT by loydhappy564, who remains its only resident and mayor. The town originated as a sprout of Asaita and is classified as a metro-area city, though it is widely regarded as one of the most underdeveloped and poorly built examples of the type.

'''Overview'''

Hazman has experienced almost no meaningful development since its founding. The settlement contains no proper houses and features sparse, low-quality, and often unfinished construction. Infrastructure is minimal to nonexistent. Despite its metro-area status, the town has never attracted any residents besides its founder and has failed to grow beyond a single-person outpost.

Its isolated character, lack of amenities, and consistently poor building standards have contributed to a reputation as a highly deficient (and frequently described as “ghetto”) metro city.

History

- Founded: 10 August 2026, ~11:10 AM EDT

- Founder / Mayor: loydhappy564

- Origin: Sprout of Asaita

- Residents: 1 (only ever)

The town has remained essentially static since creation. Proposed expansion has not materialized, and no additional players have settled there.

Status

- Population: 1

- Development level: Extremely limited / unfinished

- Housing: None of note

- Character: Sparse, poorly structured, isolated metro-area settlement

Hazman continues to exist under the sole administration of its founder, but it has shown little capacity to develop into a functional community.
