Spain was named to Spain on March 6 after 16 of the 20 people voted the nation to be Spain. Before that, it used to be Aragon and it was way smaller. At the time it was Aragon, there was a nation that was named Spain. That Spain has fallen which lead Aragon to take over almost all towns and rename to Hispania. The nation Aragon was made on January 19 2019 by Slaid and Pengun after 32Gold quit. The capital of Aragon was Perpignan. Aragon was planned by Pengun78 and 32Gold when they made Perpignan. Slaid also played a huge role in the making of Aragon. Aragon was kept a secret until January 17 when it was officially made.
The first town that joined Aragon was Cardiff, which was just ironically. Minutes after the creation of Aragon, Pengun asked Marseille to join. Marseille got convinced and joined Aragon. Marseille was the first official town that stood in Aragon.
==== Nazi Germany ====
Perpignan used to be one of the most important towns of Nazi Germany, because of its size and the number of players in the town itself. Adolf_Hitlar gave Perpignan a lot of freedom, which was the reason they stood in Nazi Germany. Perpignan was hated by France and Spain for constantly attacking/raiding the nations. Perpignan was extremely powerful due to a lot of god sets and strong weapons.

It was a normal day, until a lot of people noticed Spain wasn't on the map anymore. Aragon did some research to find out what was going on. Spain was given out to Zqppy which got renamed to the Roman Empire and is located in the north of the Italian peninsula. When Aragon found out Spain wasn't coming back anymore, they made their move. Tons of towns were invited to Aragon to conquer all of Spain. Aragon then renamed to Hispania. When Spain finally moved to Italy and was renamed, a poll was sent out to citizens and foreigners to find out what they preferred. 14 out of the 20 people wanted the nation to be called Spain. The other 6 wanted it to stay Hispania.

== Scottish Landing (January 15th-18th 2019) ==
Oyo was a nation in Africa. Kamchatka, a nation under Oyo, is bored way over in Eastern Russia. They want to move to Europe. They decide to move to Scotland. Unfortunately, there are already British there. They charged in, and basically got immediately obliterated. So they charged in again. [[Britain]] saw what was happening and the [[British Military|Military]] defended the Scottish coast. Scottish settlers made it onto British soil and made various settlements which were under siege relentlessly by the British Army.

== The Battle of Newburgh (January 18th 2019) [Battle #1] ==
[[File:2018|thumb|330x330px|A video of the end of the battle, recorded by the German king, bunny119.]] The first battle of the war occurred when numerous British forces setup fort near Scotland's then capital, Newburgh. Staff had asked Newburgh to relocate, but first they needed gold. While they collected, the British began claimblocking. The British started killing some Scottish people the moment they stepped out of claims, Scotland attacked. The Scottish had had enough. They geared up and attacked the British and got basically immediately annihilated, being forced to regear numerous times. Eventually, however, Germans and Californians showed up to aid the Scottish cause and slowly the British were outnumbered and were eventually forced to retreat, however because of the amount of Scottish casualties, the battle ended in a draw with both sides claiming victory.

== Change in Capital (January 19th 2019) ==
<nowiki> </nowiki>With enough gold to relocate, the staff deleted Newburgh and RuseOwl, the mayor of Newburgh and one of the leaders of the nation (at this point they were being housed by the nation Carolinga, the Scotland nation had not been created yet) moved the soon-to-be nation capital in between Edinburgh and Glasglow (this will be important later). It was named Dumfries, and soon, it would be the home of nearly 50 citizens.

== Against the Rules (January 20th-22nd 2019) ==
<nowiki> </nowiki>The British were not happy with Scotland claimblocking towns which had been there for months so they decided to break a rule-claim blocking. Edinburgh started making claims in a straight line to Dumfries and cut them off from expanding to the east. And then, not long after, Glasglow expanded a bit to cut Dumfries off from expanding to the north. Also, the British were starting to get annoyed that Milton, the second largest non-British, Scottish town run by VillagerFilms had not backed down yet. They had gone there in large numbers numerous times, demanding VillagerFilms to leave now. So, they griefed it. Using the old lava-casting technique, they basically covered the whole town in lava. Fortunately, the staff stepped in. They fixed Milton and eventually removed the claim-blocking claims.

== Creating the Nation (January 23rd 2019) ==
<nowiki> </nowiki>During all this, the Scottish had been saving up gold to officially create the nation. After 4 days of saving up, the Scottish had enough gold. They made sure most of the British were on to witness, and on January 22nd, 2019, the Scotland nation was officially created. There was no turning back now. At this point, Scottish towns no longer had to all deposit gold for the nation. With the ability for towns to be able to spend gold freely, many Scottish towns saw exponential growth.

== The Shrinking British ==
<nowiki> </nowiki>While the Scottish grew, the British shrunk. At this time, a lot of British people left to either create their own nations or join other ones. There was one British person, the mayor of the Isle of Sky, amberhope, who had just got online after months. She started visiting Scottish towns, mistakenly thinking they were British. They were not. The Scottish talked to her a little bit and eventually she joined the Scottish. But not the nation. She stayed in the Britain nation for a while to spy on the British, although unfortunately she was unable to get much useful information. Eventually the British realized that amberhope was a spy when she defended RuseOwl in an argument, and they kicked her. Her town joined the Scottish nation and she helped the Scottish as a Scottish town.

== The Wall (January 27th 2019) ==

More specifically, Hadrian's Wall, a wall built in real life in 128 AD that split Scotland and Britain. The British quickly built this wall and it worked pretty well. Dumfries could no longer expand towards the British, as the wall was rightfully claimed, therefore it not being a claimblock. This tactic worked pretty well.

== Hadrian's Wall Skirmish (January 28th 2019) [Battle #2] ==
Ten days into the war, and the two sides were not any closer to victory or defeat. The British soon realized that the wall needed defending, and MineHero43 (king of Britain) and Angloist were stationed on top the wall, prepared to slaughter any Scottish intruders. WyWall, a Scottish soldier, and Czechoslovakia king, zebbs_ (Czechoslovakia was starting to get chummy with the Scottish) charged into the wall to kill the two British, and failed miserably. The two scots charged in, but the British both jumped down and pounced WyWall, forcing WyWall to combat log, where the British trapped and killed WyWall. zebbs_ vanished during this. This was an embarrassing defeat for the Scottish.

== Aberdeen Claimblocking (January 29th-February 2nd 2019) ==
The new capital of Scotland became Aberdeen. Aberdeen was a little too close to Braemar for British comfort (yet still okay according to the server.) so, they went back to their old tactics. They started claiming around Aberdeen, directly touching it. Claimblocking it. With the British ability to travel to Aberdeen freely, numerous one versus one battles happened all the time, however the Scottish were getting stronger and were able to defend much better than earlier in the war with people like WyWall, DARTHKID and VillagerFilms who had god gear and were good at fighting.

== Skirmish of Aberdeen (February 1st 2019) [Battle #3] ==
On February 1st 2019, Vwon (the leader of the Frankia nation, Britain's closest ally) and his Frankia buddies came to Aberdeen. They all began marching around Scotland, putting numerous towns under siege. Port Charlotte, Kelso and eventually they ended it all with Aberdeen. DARTHKID and VillagerFilms were called out to attack Vwon and his buddies, but they were not ready. Vwon, with better gear, attacked the Scottish, almost killing them numerous times. The Scottish realized, despite it being very cowardly, that in order to win they would have to go to claims, go out, attack, then run back into claims. This worked for a while until DARTHKID decided to go brute force and attack Vwon in a full battle, however Vwon's better gear forced DARTHKID to log and VillagerFilms went back to his town.

== The Siege of Milton (February 2nd 2019) [Battle #4] ==
VillagerFilms' knew this would come. FutureLemon, a british prince, stationed himself on top of a tree looking over Milton, with no armor. VillagerFilms charged into attack, but FutureLemon quickly geared up and attacked VillagerFilms. VillagerFilms tried to defend himself and did a good job doing so, but couldn't stand long against FutureLemon in his armor. After a short fight, VillagerFilms had logged in a desperate attempt to save his life. At this point, FutureLemon watched over where VillagerFilms logged out. FutureLemon called some of his friends over. Brecon, MrBoggie and a few others went over to help FutureLemon finally kill off VillagerFilms. This scared numerous Milton citizens. VillagerFilms called some fighters over to fend off FutureLemon. His citizens started to try to help Villager, but they were easily obliterated by FutureLemon and his buddies. Fortunately, neutral person DethLogik came over to help. Unfortuntately, when VillagerFilms logged back in it wasn't clear enough. FutureLemon had set a trap which killed VillagerFilms. == Second Battle of Sorong ==
The Second Battle of Sorong took place on 4/8/2018 in the town of Sorong, when a Japanese army attacked the local defenders. Soon after, soldiers from Tufan, and the German Army intervened on the side of Sorong, leading to a Japanese retreat and subsequent defeat.

== Details ==

=== Prelude ===
The battle started on 4/8/2018 when Japanese troops launched a second invasion of Sorong, after the first successful one. This led to a call of arms for Germany, whom guaranteed the nation's independence along with Malaya. Despite the Chancellor not initially wanting to fight the Japanese or commit to the attack, the sudden nature of the invasion led to Paper agreeing to send German support. The current soldiers whom were online (Paper, Carlito, 73, and Oretin) quickly geared and mobilized in around 3 minutes. They linked with the Island Union and Tufan to fight the attack, beginning the battle.

=== Combat ===
The battle was very chaotic, with attacks occurring across the entire city. There was very little organization within the army, and often times individual Japanese and German troops were often isolated and killed this way, such as 73beetle of Vienna and Brooklyn of Tokyo. In addition, there was heavy friendly fire, with a Sorong troop killing the German 73beetle on accident, being the only casualty on the allied side. Eventually the Japanese retreated after sustaining heavy casualties leading to the battle being declared a victory as it was a defensive one.

=== Aftermath ===
The battle was the last Japanese attempt to subjugate Sorong, which subsequently formed the IU. While temporarily poisinging German relations, with an attack at Odense during the Mid-April troubles, the two nations later reconciled in a NAP and allied in the [[Kerala War]].

However, up until then, MLGTerra was a extremely influential player which helped shape much of EarthMC. He is still recognised by most people and will for ever be known as leader of Seaterrica.

The creation of New Zealand has had a lot of planning and a massive investment of 11000gold ingots was needed to make this happen. People have been busy with cleaning up New Zealand for a while now, it was a real mess before. Everywhere from across the map people started helping cleaning it up, not only friends came to help but enemies from the past aswell. New Zealand is not an accomplishment for MLGTerra alone this has been a whole server project which brings great joy to everyone seeing such a unified server. The idea of this project is to make New Zealand great again, but a very important side project of MLGTerra has been to create the United-Nations so he can bring peace to the server.
