Much blood has been shed for this island and there was a lot of talk about the name of the island, officially it was nameless, then it became the Lugansk island, then the Obdristan island. In the 12th of January 2023 D_KVyach, the mayor of the Rybinsk, announced that the island would become a condominium between Lugansk and Rybinsk and then announced that the island will be called Sakuya Izayoi island
