705331819406688297:

The terra nostra Horse racing association (or HRA for short) is an organization as the name says centered around horse racing founded 21st September of 2026 by Astelix(aka Mine_bee). The association was created after the success of the great Nubian race (which wasn't so grand) which helped lay the foundations for the Hra's creation.

The HRA was founded with the goal of centralizing horse racing and making at as accessible as possible, it offers a vast catalogue of features, like a database for all kinds of Horse racing related information, a market for members to sell horses and race betting.

The organization is based in Babylon(Sumer) but has its headquarters in Agrabah(Capital of Sumer) for cost saving reasons. It has two officially recognized racing tracks with the original one being in Babylon but is not yet completed, the second one is found in Jigjiga(Somali) but it's underground.

Sumer (full name Kingdom of Sumer or The Pasture of Sumer) is an anachronistic kingdom situated in the Mesopotamian region, with the capital being Agrabah, a city between the Euphrates and Tigris rivers. It is known as the "Land of Kengir" by its people. The nation is owned by Andakira, as the Sonion (Mayor) of Agrabah, and thus the head of the nation. Sumer is currently under the Fourth Nubian Empire as a Pasture.

History
The Akkadian Origin (May 2026)
The idea of a united nation began in Ur, where Sargon_Of_Dees proposed a plan between Agrabah and Babylon, then led by KillerZone9o9, to form an Akkadian Empire. The plan was not carried through, and the three city states (Ur, Agrabah, and Babylon) went their separate ways despite collecting a total of 250g.

Formation of the Kingdom of Sumer (June 19 2026)
After the Akkadian plan fell apart, Agrabah, led by Andakira, took the initiative forward and created the Kingdom of Sumer in its place.

Fall & Revival of Babylon (August 2026)
KillerZone9o9 later became inactive, and Babylon was taken over by a town sniper. Andakira bought Babylon for 70g then installed Mine_bee as Babylon’s regent.

Imperial Expansion (September to October 2026)
During September and October, Sumer went through a period of rapid expansion. Under Andakira, Agrabah developed into a larger metropolitan region, with satellite towns appearing around it:

*Lagash, by Avesa_Vulpe
*Uruk, by SWORDBREAKER633
*Aaru, by Threnodie
*Ur, whose mayor was replaced by thebestM1 from Sargon_Of_Dees

Around this time, extensive railroads were built across the kingdom, including conventional rail lines and ice tracks, linking its towns and supporting their development.

Andakira is an EarthMC player who is currently the King of Sumer as of 2026 (Terra Nostra). He was also involved in the construction of several towns and nations across different terras/seasons.

During the Nova era, he was the primary figure in building the city of Elba of Italia. In the later months of 2020, he hastily moved places to Toledo, Socotra, and finally settling in Antartica. During Terra Aurora, he originally joined Copenhagen as a builder who created schematics, but went inactive after a month. He later actively returned during Terra Nostra and established Agrabah and Sumer as its king.

History
Nova (2019–2020)
Elba
Andakira became involved with Elba during the Nova era and served as a member of its leadership. During his time in the town, he participated in various development projects, including the replacement of the original lighthouse with a community farm and windmill. He also produced a video showcasing the town.

Andakira remained associated with Elba until July 2020, when he left the town. Following his departure, he became associated with several other settlements, including Ohio, Nova Scotia and Piauí.

Terra Nostra (2026–present)
Return to EarthMC
Andakira returned to EarthMC in May 2026, becoming active during the early period of the Terra Nostra server. He subsequently became involved in the development of Agrabah and the establishment of Sumer, which was founded on June 19, 2026.

Andakira took the position of Sonion of Agrabah and later became King of Sumer. During the early development of Sumer, he was involved in the administration and expansion of Agrabah and its surrounding settlements.

In July 2026, Andakira took a short hiatus from the server, returning in mid-August. During his absence, Agrabah experienced a decline in its active population and eventually became overclaimed due to the reduced number of active residents.

Expansion of Agrabah
Following his return, Andakira began recruiting residents for Agrabah and reorganizing the town's population. Between August and September 2026, the town's population increased to more than 70 residents.

As Agrabah expanded, Andakira also began encouraging its residents to take administrative positions in other Sumerian settlements. Several residents of Agrabah became Walis of towns and cities including Babylon, Uruk, Lagash, Kish, Larak and Aaru, creating a network of settlements administered by residents associated with Agrabah.

Transportation projects
By late September 2026, Andakira had begun initiating several transportation infrastructure projects across Sumer. Among these was the Euphrates Ice Rail, a planned route connecting Agrabah and Babylon along the Euphrates. He also began work on the Agrabah Metro, as well as the Arabian-Sumerian Iceway, an interregional ice road connecting Sumer with the Arabian region.

The projects marked an expansion of Andakira's activities beyond the administration of Agrabah and towards transportation infrastructure across Sumer.

Nubian infrastructure
Following the beginning of the Sumerian transportation projects, Andakira also began working on infrastructure projects in Africa intended to connect the Nubian Empire with its various Pastures. These projects are part of a broader infrastructure program extending beyond Sumer.

At the same time, Andakira began preparing a campaign for the position of MoDT (Minister of Development & Transit) & MoC (Minister of Culture). As of October 2026, he continues to serve as King of Sumer and Sonion of Agrabah while working on infrastructure projects across Sumer and the Nubian Empire.
