On one side of the war was Australia, including a few of its allies. On the other was a coalition formed between NA, Pilbara and their constituent sub-nations. The coalition was heavily backed by the OFN which joined the war after invoking their mutual defence clause on the 13th of October, as Pilbara and NA were part of the military alliance.

= Background =

=== Lead-up ===
After the 3rd Pilbaro-Australian war in June 2024, relations began to improve between the two nations. Although a rivalry still clearly existed, this period was one of peace and development for the entire continent. On the 24th of July 2024, the nation of NA was created by Gautomy and joined Australia as a province. About a month later, NA declared independence and left Australia on good terms, signing a non-aggression pact on the 29th of August. However, relations between the two nations began to deteriorate immediately. In the opinion of Gautomy, this was because of Australia’s alleged aggressive behaviour towards NA. On the other hand, the Australians claimed that Gautomy was trying to frame Australia as aggressive in order to start conflict. In the month of September, NA and Pilbara strengthened ties and had improved relations. On the 17th, Pilbara created the town of “Pooperpeddy” next to the Australian Capital, CooberPedy. This was seen as an act of war by Australia, and led to a rapid increase in hostility between Pilbara and Australia. Already, those living on the continent feared imminent war.

On the 1st of October, Australia created the town of Paradisi 5 chunks from Ayr, which was in NA at the time, previously in Australia. NA viewed this as a hostile act, while Australia insisted that the town had no aggressive purpose, and that creating towns was not against the NAP previously signed by the two nations. Australia then proceeded to buy Ayr and the Pilbaran town of Ponta_do_sol. Gautomy was angered at this, and also labelled the purchases as hostile. Australia once again pointed out that the treaty had not been broken, and contained nothing about buying towns. Furthermore, Gautomy accused Australia of breaking the treaty by trying to sway a mayor in NA to their side. Firehawk722, who was a mayor in Australia, messaged a mayor in NA, suggesting that he should defect. The Australian government, extremely frustrated at this point, said that Firehawk722 did not represent Australia and was merely a mayor who could not be controlled.

Tensions increased dramatically after it was revealed that Gautomy himself had messaged some Australian mayors to join NA, even bribing them to do so. As well as this, Gautomy was paying members of the OFN Alliance 10g for each Australian they killed. On the 4th, Pilbara and NA formed a coalition and sent a joint ultimatum to Australia, known as the Adelaide declaration, demanding that Australia return the purchased towns and apologise for aggressive behaviour, threatening to declare war after 48 hours. While Australia wanted to avoid war at all costs, the towns were believed to have been purchased rightfully, and the government thought that if they gave NA and Pilbara what they wanted, it could lead to more potential ultimatums or demands.

Australia thus ignored the ultimatum, and the NA-Pilbara Coalition (NPC) declared war on Australia on the 7th of October. In response, Australia released an official announcement claiming that the towns were rightfully purchased, and that it was Pilbara and NA who had acted hostile towards Australia in weeks preceding the declaration of war, with examples such as the creation of Pooperpeddy and Gautomy’s bribing of mayors.

From here, Pilsy began to overclaim it, beginning small however picking up more aggressively later on to the point where they had taken Bairnsdale's panhandle within about 2 weeks. After overclaiming more chunks, Pilsy reached Bairnsdale's castle, with Newman deciding to blow it up with TNT. In response to this, [[Aurora:SquishyTheFrog | SquishyTheFrog]], in a retaliation move, began overclaiming into Bairnsdale as well with [[Aurora:Melbourne | Melbourne]], with the main goal of protecting the buildings in the actual town from destruction.

'''Melbourne''' is a southern Pilbaran town that is one of the oldest in the nation and the continent itself. Melbourne was first founded by '''Gaggy_''' on May 1st, 2022, two days before the founding of Australia. Melbourne is the second largest town regarding chunks in the nation of Pilbara as well as the second largest town in regards to population, coming behind [[Aurora:Onslow Bay | Onslow Bay]], the nation's capital in both. In the empire, however, Melbourne is placed at third with chunks, with its neighboring town of Bairnsdale, the capital of [[Aurora:Gippsland | Gippsland]] taking second place.

= History =
The history of Melbourne goes a little deep, with constant mayor changes. However, 2 of the most notable were 323two and supimobama. 323two helped to develop Melbourne more, and built most of the infrastructure seen in the town to this day. However, around presumably late February to early March of 2024, 323two moved from Melbourne. In May 2024, Pilbara obtained a hold onto the town, and gave it to supimobama. Throughout his mayorship, supimobama would develop as well as grow the town a bit more until around July, in which Onfast_Bay mayor as well as leader of Auralia Adelin_10 would not only seceed from Pilbara but also destroy supimobama's items. This outraged supimobama, where he made demands towards Pilbara as well as Adelin to not only give him gold as a financial compensation but also destroy a tower. These demands were never met, resulting in supimobama joining Australia. Eventually, Pilbara gained ahold of Melbourne again, sending supimobama to live elsewhere and sending Toastedbread812 to hold onto the town.

== Selling ==
In late October 2024, the current holder of Melbourne, Toastedbread812, moved to the Pilbaran town of Albury. From here, RadicalBroskii, the imperator of Gippsland, was supplied by Owry to continue holding onto the town. Afterwards, Melbourne was put for sale by Owry, and was eventually bought by SquishyTheFrog, a resident of [[Aurora:New Caledonia | New Caledonia]] and former mayor of the eastern Pilbara settlement of New Squishivia, for 1500 gold.

= Future Plans =
SquishyTheFrog hopes to develop Melbourne more and grow it to it's full potential, allowing for it to thrive and for it to reach new heights never seen before in its two year history.

The Kingdom of Siberia, also known as simply Siberia, was a kingdom nation under the Imperial Russia meganation. It was most notably ran by King Zevity_is, however during its last days was run by King GhostofSK.

== Early History ==

Siberia was first founded in 2022, with one of its first capitals being a town named "Bingchilling" on the current site of the Yakutian town of Aetyrr. However, throughout the years, it moved capitals, with the capital eventually being moved to a central town known as "Sillytown". In mid 2024, however, Zevity_is would buy the nation, where he would move the capital to the town of Magadan and would have it join the Imperial Russia meganation.

== Early Days of Siberian and Yakutian Diplomatic Relations. ==

In early September 2024, a new nation named [[Aurora:Yakutia|Yakutia]] was founded by player CheesyTomatos, with the capital of the nation being in a town he had formed called Morseby (later known as Jamesford). This sudden formation resulted in confusion from some Siberians, most notably from a Siberian named "ElfBrent5" who traveled to Jamesford by foot with diamond armor and potions, saying that if CheesyTomatos came to his land he would "kill him". This resulted in Yakutia trapping him and eventually killing him and thus gaining his armor and starting a months long conflict.

== Beginning of the War ==

Zevity_is, around the time Yakutia was founded, drew a claim map based on a screenshot of Google Earth on his phone. As this land claim was big, it displeased the newly formed Yakutia included in this “end goal land claim”. From here, conflicts still continued to grow, where on September 27, 2024, a war declaration from Yakutia was put out. As Zevity_is was mostly inactive and did not do much, Yakutia was able to gain the lead, with the state even calling a victory over Siberia.

== Yakutian-Siberian war ==

During this war barely any battles were fought as stated due to King Zevity_is of Siberia not being too active and deciding not to fight as much, which led to Yakutia gaining control of most Siberian towns, leaving two towns with a total of 3 population across them. Soon, Zevity_is sold Siberia in order to give one of his friends on the server and former king of the Royal Town of Aetyrr, GhostofSK, a nation. After becoming leader, GhostofSK advocated for peace on numerous occasions, in which after a series of talks a peace treaty was formally signed.

== The Fall of Siberia ==

After the signing of the treaty, GhostofSK grew bored of Siberia, and decided to quit the server. He gave the nation of Siberia as well as Magadan itself to his heir, "Kelp14", who eventually ended up selling it to Yakutia due to growing bored of Siberia as well, where it would disband resulting in the disband of their anarchy government as well as resulting in their departure Imperial Russia which marked the end of Imperial expansion in the East.

After the sell, Magadan was given to Jamesford helper mysterybox05, who elected to rename the town to Safe_Haven. After the war itself, Zevity_is temporarily moved to [[Aurora:Pilbara|Pilbara]] to hold the war town of Cancer and then moved to the Russian_Empire, which is the main nation of the Imperial Russia meganation as well as where he moved to when he first sold Siberia. After his return to EMC, GhostofSK initially moved to Rockhampton, Pilbara, however only a day or so later he moved to Gujarat, led by king SwetMC, with no plans on where to go.
