	It was formed on the 17th of October, 2023, by MrX_1208, by the handing down of the Armenian government to the leadership of New Orthinia, following the Martuni crisis. 	The crisis was spurred by the loss of the Armenian town of Martuni, which lied at the crossroads nearby the Armenian capital of Shushi. Martuni was a town used to claim chunks that couldn’t be claimed by Shushi, but it eventually fell after the mayor stopped playing. The Armenian government had become a shell of its former self, suffering defeats in their war with Persia and losing towns left and right, but the loss of Martuni was the straw that broke the metaphorical camel’s back for many. Most members began losing their confidence in the government as a result. Now with no other solution to turn to, Armenia granted control of what remained of their nation to the user MrX_1208, which subsequently formed the Caspian Realm as a result.
