After the Iranian victory against Babylon, and the subsequent destruction of the treaty of Rey, the Babylonian claims were left up for grabs, and the ones in Iran would be filled in the West by the Iranian Union, and in the East by the Sassanid Dynasty. This would result in the [[East-West Conflict]], which ended in an Iranian victory.
