By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Cascadia, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Following years of his homosexual behavior, and years of questioning and doubt surrounding the sexuality of this user, I stand to make a proclamation for Cascadia to move forward as a Republic.

I hereby proclaim that @Speaker Milgorn123 | Seattle is a homosexual, and let this be in writing that he is in fact a gay man, something which he is not to be demeaned by and something which he should be proud of as a gay man in our open, accepting community. I hope that this is a sign that Cascadia is a meritocracy, and Cascadians from all walks of life can be successful in politics, no matter if they’re gay, Indian, or any other factors of identity. Glory to Cascadia.
