Berlin collapsed, turning the empty space into a power vaccuum, causing multiple cities to fill in the gaps, which resulted in a cluster of outposts and border gore. Eastern German towns annexed into Czecho-Yisrael which caused them to have a sphere of influence in the German region. ~~An uneasy alliance holds between each of the countries in~~ the ~~region~~, ~~essentially forming a Holy Roman Empire in practice before it is even made official~~.
