GuyWithALife, seeking a alternative method to achieve power and influence Baltic law, became a Judge for the nation. 			GuyWithALife moved to Finnmark, where PhoenixDude was working to build the nation up. GuyWithALife made [[Vadso]], which he inhabited and developed in this time.

			In this time, the nation saw massive development, gaining citizens and expanding rapidly, partially funded with around 3000 gold donated by a anonymous benefactor. The nation had issues however, with Finnmark fighting against Vironia over the town of Rokland. Most importantly however, was that the nation of Scandinavia, owned by CFRhino, began a fight for power over the North which lasted until the banning of CFRhino.

			The nations mostly squabbled over land and ideology, with CFRhino's alleged grooming of individuals being a severe cause for the conflict. At this time, Scandinavia was assisted by The_Estonian_Guy, who in return for payment offered the service of using his holder army to invade Finnmark. The war took a toll on Finnmark, which had issues to maintain its populous with recruiting becoming more and more of a hassle, and with CFRhino stealing their residents.

			Finnmark, looking for assistance against their invader, joined the OFN. The alliance accepted Finnmark with open arms, and GuyWithALife soon forming relationships with key individuals for his eventual move to [[Cascadia]]. The alliance, however, had issues with abandonment, and Vermont nearly threatened to leave the alliance over this event.

			The war ended with KosmikKaktus and [[SlipperySalmon14]] working together to discover CFRhino's actions, in what could be described as a sting operation. CFRhino was shortly banned hereafter. Finnmark, free from the issues of their war, formed Fennoscandia with [[Cacik_]] and his nation of [[Aurora:Lapland]]. The nation stayed in the OFN for a while, ending their involvement in [[the Withdrawal]], in which multiple nations withdrew from the alliance in response to instability and the alleged possibility of a Nubia-Pilbara war. GuyWIthALife was informed by KosmikKaktus of the fact that a Nubia-Pilbara war was a likelihood, and GuyWithALife, in response, decided to attempt and remove the nation from the alliance, which led to a mass withdrawal. GuyWithALife was forced to resign, with Owry leading the charge, and Owry took over as the Secretary General after this event.
