It was used definitively though, when [[bunny119]] and his nation attacked Malaya, Malaya and the Caspian States responded and dealt a quick and crushing defeat to the Global_Empire's forces, and their victory was underscored by the massive loss Global_Empire suffered at the hands of [[Seaterrica]].

			The pact was still not strong though, and many plans were hatched to weaken their opponents, but in the end none worked well.
