Founded on May 23, 2025, it has quickly established itself as a hub of growth and commerce, balancing urban ambition with rustic charm. Situated northeast of Jamestown, it serves as a peaceful yet strategic node within the region’s expanding network of settlements.

=== Districts & Architecture ===
The town’s layout is defined by two primary zones:

* '''Industrial Core''' — Home to large-scale crop farms, timber processing facilities, and the towering construction of a future skyscraper set to redefine Fedlandia’s skyline.

* '''South Street''' — A vibrant southern district led by '''synthios''', featuring a growing collection of shops, offices, modern apartments, a central bank, and residential housing.

Fedlandia’s architecture blends sleek modern builds with homey, wood-framed dwellings, resulting in a unique harmony between ambition and tradition.

=== Economy & Trade ===
Fedlandia’s economy thrives on natural resource extraction and local industry. The surrounding woodlands supply timber for export, while its industrial farms produce a steady stream of crops. A newly opened shop has made Fedlandia an increasingly important trading post in Cascadia’s northeastern corridor.

=== Infrastructure & Future Plans ===
Though currently classified as a town, Fedlandia is undergoing rapid development. Major projects include:

* Construction of the town’s first '''skyscraper'''
* Proposed plans for a '''train station''' to link Fedlandia to the wider Cascadian rail network
* Ongoing expansion of '''South Street'''

These projects reflect Fedlandia’s ambitions to transition from rural settlement to modern industrial city.

=== Governance & Community ===
Under the leadership of Mayor '''mine_shooters''' and councillors '''AfroGuy''' and '''_Rembord_''', Fedlandia is marked by thoughtful planning and cohesive leadership. Builder '''synthios''' plays a critical role in developing and shaping the city’s identity, particularly through the ongoing growth of South Street.

Currently at peace and open to newcomers, Fedlandia is regarded as one of the most promising settlements in Cascadia.
