	Originally started by [[AD31]] in June 2020, the project was taken over early on by [[Caspaeres]], who ~~modified~~ the original designs to incorporate more Byzantine and Neoclassical elements, whilst keeping the existing portico intact. After being put on hold, construction was resumed in earnest for a period of two months, with the building being completed by the end of 2020.		Originally started by [[AD31]] in June 2020, the building was initially intended only as a town hall for Sinai, with just the lower portion of the front wall being completed before the Persian delegation lost interest and abandoned the project. Work was taken over early on by [[Caspaeres]], who overhauled the original designs to incorporate more Byzantine and Neoclassical elements, whilst keeping the existing portico intact, and dramatically increased the scale, size, and cost of the project .
