New Russia used to rule the towns of Quadrant6 and name, both of which were deleted, as well as Narva, which became the capital of Russian Estonia.

	The New Russian flag consists of two blue triangles, two red triangles, and a white flower. The red triangles represent bravery and honor, the blue represents Lake Saimaa. The white flower represents peace and progress.
