	South Africa was ~~dormant~~, ~~being banned~~, ~~it had no influence on world affairs~~ and ~~minor inactivte people took over as leader~~		In Early 2020 South Africa found itself in Flockawacka's hands and turned it into one of the most evil nations on nova, it was a spawn trap, scammer and pvp nation until Flockawacka left to found Toronto.

			During this time period Flockawacka would go onto make many enemies and by the time he finished scamming, murdering and pillaging he made 109 players rage quit emc (I did keep count)
