The '''Skirmish of Halaib''' was a fight between [[Ancient Egypt]] and [[Nubia]] on the 16th January 2021. It lasted about 15 minutes, resulting in no deaths.

The fight started after [[louisdek]] noticed a new Nubian town, Halaib, in Ancient Egyptian claims (a disputed region, also claimed by [[Nubia]]). He would head over and attack, with Nubian backup quickly coming. However, little resulted of the skirmish other than the two nations enemying each other temporarily and a negative talk between Nubian and Ancient Egyptian leadership.

== Fighting ==
Initially, it was just stiiiiick and [[louisdek]] fighting. However, backup quickly went over to help the Nubian side, first arrival being the Emperor, [[twomoo1119]]. Some fighting would take place whilst other Nubians arrived, who would contribute a small amount to the skirmish.

About 7 minutes into the skirmish, iksteeljouhoofd noticed and went over. [[Louisdek]] would go into claims after seeing iksteeljouhoofd's arrival, along with several other Nubians. Some fighting would take place between [[louisdek]], [[twomoo1119]], [[StarKiller1744]] and iksteeljouhoofd before [[louisdek]] teleported and later left the game.
