	Nemutou is a former builder for Fukuoka. Starting out in Summer 2022, Nemutou joined Jin, where he established the town of Gaoto in northern Karafuto/Sakhalin. He was the sole member of this town and built a variety of houses and vehicles, and built around 95 percent of the current ice bridge from Hokkaido to northern Karafuto.
