Fat_Cat08 is one the main members of New-Prague and one the main ancient members of Dodoma before it's sell. He's the general of army of New-Prague. After Newman6611 left New-Prague because of the theft of 500g orchestrated by Woomy2k9 to create Skibidi Bay, fat cat became the new mayor of the town and decided to take revenge on Woomy2k9 and maybe Newman6611.
