Aurora:Lanayru

Lanayru, officially known as the Gulf of Lanayru is a Western Region of the real-life Khabarovsk Krai, containing Lanayrian Barracks, Lanayrian Sea, and Lanayru. The Region houses the primary source of Mar De Pengina's Military Front as well as being a part of the Kamchatka Coalition. The area is home to the Lanayrian Guard who uphold the Iron-Claw Act[1].
While Lanayru and the majority of it's neighbouring Towns and Nations strive for the area to be as welcoming as possible, the amount of Hunters and Scouts in the area is alarming. If you plan to visit, please be careful.
History
Founding
The Town of Lanayru was founded 25th of September 2023. It started out with member and Mayor im_gallade founding the town on an abandoned outpost from a nearby-defunct settlement, with ex co-mayor (present Director) HaunterL joining the town the day following it's founding. In the following weeks, Lanayru joined the nation of Siberia.

Kamchatka Coalition
During December of the same year, the Siberia of the time joined Mar De Pengina, thus Lanayru joined along with it.
War Against Hunters
While this can be said about almost anywhere on the Server, Lanayru and it's surrounding areas have had it especially rough with Hunters. During the 1st to the 30th of December 2023, the area suffered 8 Attacks; half of which were started by two players. Both with two attacks each. All of which were unsuccsesful.
Ice-Roads
During the aforementioned attacks, Mayor im_gallade, then Co-Mayor HaunterL, and Governor Hypertheft2049 began a Project to attempt to make the lives of residents in the surrounding area just that little bit easier. While the Ice-Roads were built and the existing ones were improved upon, the project was (at the time) mearly just a means of luring out the Hunters.
Buildings
The Shrine, Government Foundation, the (currently-underway) Metro and Hebra Lines and the Mayoral Offices are the buildings most associated with Lanayru.
