About
Bolivia is a nation in South America run by VillagerFilms. It probably has the strangest government out of all nations, it is a semi-democratic multi-monarchy government type. Basically, it has two kings and a monthly elected president that acts as a third king of sorts.

History
The War
Before Bolivia, VillagerFilms was a mayor in Europe. He owned Milton, the Scottish town. Villager fought in the war against Britain, more commonly known as the Scottish Revolution or British Civil War. However, he soon realized something that angered him. The Scottish were looking for fights. The British had suggested peace in a way that would work perfectly, yet the Scots denied. Villager decided that Scotland wasn't good for him, so he decided to move. He looked for a nation that hadn't been taken yet, and Bolivia, he decided, would work.
Pre-Nation Tensions
Not everyone was just going to let Villager go. Specifically, a citizen of Milton, Hexagram, was upset. He had payed Villager for Milton, and wanted a refund. Villager made his new town, Cochabamba, and he started inviting people. However, whenever he would invite, Hexagram would say "Don't join Villager" and things of the sorts. This, of course, angered Villager. Villager began fighting back. Hexagram explained to Villager his anger, and how he payed Villager for Milton. Villager realized he could pay Hexagram back, and he could invite in peace. Hexagram agreed, and Villager payed him back. However, Hexagram still didn't stop. Villager was very frustrated, so he called a duel on Hexagram. Hexagram agreed. Villager knew he couldn't defeat Hexagram, so in his mind, he intended on losing. Either way, he gave the duel a go, and as expected, Hexagram won. Hexagram was okay with Villager from then on. "I can respect an honorable duel" he said. And, to everyone's surprise, after numerous talks via messages, they allied. Somehow, the relationship evolved from hatred to alliance.
Buying French Ecuador
VillagerFilms was talking in chat one day, and a player by the name of CodeNameW offered Villager a nation in South America that he could turn into Bolivia, named French Ecuador. The price was half of the normal nation price, so Villager took it. He was skeptical, but CodeNameW assured him that nation scamming was not allowed. After grinding lots of gold, Villager eventually got the 512 gold. He bought French Ecuador and had staff rename it to Bolivia. The Bolivian nation was born.
The Early Economy and Government
Early Bolivia faced many economic problems. VillagerFilms promised the citizens a change from the insanely large 10 gold daily tax to the better 3 gold daily tax after the nation was made, and he kept the promise. However, he would often have not enough space for new players to join, due to his small amount of gold, he couldn't claim more very often. Expansion was slow. VillagerFilms started asking people to pay 8 gold as a one time payment per plot. Gradually, the economy of Bolivia improved with new people. With the nation made, Villager also had to setup a government, however he had a plan since the start. 2 kings and one president. The second presidential elections were coming, however...
The Second Presidential Elections
The candidates of the second presidential elections was bulletbill123, re-running, Bistroengine and Newbieofblackops. Some people really favored bulletbill123 as the president, but more people did not. Lots of people did not like the way he was handling Bolivia, so a campaign started going around against him. #say-no-to-bullet, everyone would say. This caused a lot of people who did vote to vote for Newbieofblackops, as Bistroengine was rather inactive. Because of this, Newbieofblackops won the election by two votes.

Military
Bolivia's military consists of VillagerFilms himself, who would always go to battles. It also consists of military commander Newbieofblackops as well as two other soldiers: jackluke and ___Alpha.
