Kigali is located in Central Africa, where Rwanda is in the real world. It was founded on March 23, 2019. The town doesn't really have much of a history.

The Founding of Kigali
On March 23, 2019, freatrd set out to Africa. When he arrived, he headed to a place where Kigali is in real life. He then created the town of Kigali.
