This video is from the first ever ski crossing of Nordaustlandet, one of the largest icecaps in Europe, in the Northeast part of Svalbard. Previously inaccessible due to heavy pack ice, this area is (unfortunately) now ice-free and assessable by boat in the summer months. Description
This video is from the first ever ski crossing of Nordaustlandet, one of the largest icecaps in Europe, in the Northeast part of Svalbard.
