After the Austrian emperor threatened the Czech president (Tyrone) with war, he immediately submitted, gifting the entire nation to Austria. Prague was left independent.

Tyrone was fired and replaced with a new president and prime minister. The prime minister declared war on Austria and was attacked by 4 Austrian troops. He immediately surrendered realising they outnumbered him.
