Vis is a newly established island settlment by the player DivineShiro on the date of 05.march.2024. It serves as the headquarters of the informal "JNA" lead by DivineShiro.

Diplomatic status
There is yet to be significant diplomatic occurings, but the island settlment has the founding diplomatic code.
