Tornio is a town made in lapland, Finland. It was made as a safe refuge town after its founder MOOSHTHEPRO123 was accused of stealing from the dutch mall. However that would be fixed later. Then the town was a part of Skane for a bit before it joined the Netherlands. As a town, it has been the main town that has the most influence over the bothnian sea. It managed to fund itself through embassies and trade. Eventually it grew into an industrial powerhouse in finland possibly being the strongest influence in finland at that time. Then the duchy declared war on Sapmi after it took over some of the land in the sphere of influence of Tornio.
