Israeli Chad is a small independent city state located in Central Africa, It is run by Daniel Poli and 2nd in command is BlockForce66, an African-Frenchman as Councillor.
History

Daniel Poli and BlockForce meet in Judah's capital and discuss making a town, they travel across Africa and reach Central Africa.
