Grenoble is a 1 man French town, In the French Alps. It is run by PolkadotMonkey, Old owner of Volgograd, Nanjing, Amherst, Just to name a few. PolkadotMonkey decided to make Grenoble after he decided he needed a small town where he could live by himself.
