Pachacuti_
Pachacuti_ (or Pachacuti Yupanqui) is the mayor of Antofagasta located on the west coast of South-America, and he is the administrator of the spannish administrative region of peruvia.
He has been on the server since november 2017 and has been relitively active to this day. he is the founder and builder of Antofagasta and was once the King of Chile witch later changed into into the Incan empire witch later fell, so he joined the Spannish empire under the administrative region of peruvia. His parrents where his dad: Viracocha Yupanqui and his mother: Mama Runtucaya
