On May 11th 2019, militants from Somerset attacked and killed founder of the Conch Republic (Spudhunter4) in an unprovoked attack while claiming their first chunks of land. BappleKid & KingVarin continued to try and intrude on the {{Image_&_Caption|image1 = 2019-05-15 22.22.50.png|caption1 = The "F" Monument Erected for the Somerset Incident which shows the actual armor obtained by the Conch Republic.}}newly created town.
 
On May 14th 2019, Julian2795 lured BappleKid & KingVarin back to the Conch Republic in what the Somerset militants believed was a "trade offer" for vines. Upon entering, a trap was sprung by Julian2795 while Spudhunter4 distracted. Bapplekid & KingVarin fell down towards bedrock, killing Bapplekid instantly, his body was looted for his armor and sacred shield. Both returned back to the Conch Republic and attempted to blockade the town with no avail.
