The Pacifica is a nationless Ship that floats in the Pacifica Ocean

Formed June 2nd by founder and Chief Quillbert. The Idea was to make an underwater city like Atlantis but later evolved into a Pirate City.

This Arc was led by Quillbert and the other original members.
