Taira is the currently second largest town in Japan, it was formerly known as Gifu and Komatsu.
The new name and the new growth of this town is due to it getting a new ruler, Prime_Logos.
He got the then named town of Komatsu from it's long time ruler and historical player named 7Fen, for free and it was almost fully empty.
The first major new build of now Taira was Prime_Logos' house which is 3 chunks big in total.
