The town of Pointe Noire
The town of Pointe Noire was formerly a French outpost. The outpost was called French Congo.
 
The French Congo grew but at a slow pace. This was because it received little to no goods from France not to mention the journey to France.
 
The Mayor of French Congo (Tonitoperf) Decided to leave France and name the town Pointe-Noire. In this stage Pointe-Noire joined The Global Empire which had political tensions with The French. Pointe-Noire soon left The Global Empire but still has close ties to the Nation in the Pacific. Pointe Noire then Joined the more localized Union of Eden which had a political view that of Pointe-Noire and that was to unite Africa.
 
The years with Union of Eden have been prosperous to Pointe Noire that of such The roaring 20's. The only thing that worries Pointe-Noire is that after the Roaring 20's The Great Depression struck. But as of now the town is doing fine.
