Description
Houston is the very centre of development within The Rio Grande Republic, whether the rising skyscrapers of the Wells Fargo Plaza, variety of modern day shops, the beautiful monuments to the Republic of Texas and the world renowned Greggs.
Government
While Houston doesn't have a devolved local government as most central policy is conducted by the Mayor, there is an element of elections.
