Vilnius was made on January 24th, the same day that Lithuania was made. It was created very early in the morning at 4:00 am est. The mayor of Klaipda was going to make it on the ruins of Kaunas but Montego Bay had recently been created on the ruins of Kaunas so Dragon_Herzogin had to make it as close as possible.
