Savlbarb is an intentional misspelling of the name of the nation of Svalbard. It is often used as a joke, however sometimes when used as a serious insult, it is ignored by Svalbardians and Foreigners, who state it being "Childish and Foolish".
First Usage
The term was first spotted on the EMCL discord, where a new report of the nation of Svalbard had it misspelled as Savlbard. It quickly became famous and brought Svalbard some wanted, and unwanted attention. Current Usage
Although much less common, it is occasionally used. Usually as a joke, not meant to be taken seriously. However some think it's a serious insult, trying to demoralize Svalbardians with it. However it is constantly shrugged off, being stated as a "Childish and Foolish" insult
