The stated purpose of the alliance, according to an announcement posted in The Blockbuster Insider on 1 January 2025, is to promote the wellbeing and beneficial purposes of the Arctic region - a region that has not seen much development yet in the history of Aurora.
History
Early History
Beginnings
After discussions between the three founding nations (Arctic, Iqaluit, and Summit), it was decided that a new meganation needed to be established. The three nations were part of the Nordic Union in 2024, but what would become the first government of the Second Arctic Empire felt that the Nordic Union's goals were varying away from what they felt was necessary.

The government is led by an emperor with advisors.
