The December 2022 election decided who would be elected to the House. There was an increase of seats in the House from 15 to 17. A total of 8 new representatives were elected to this session, most notably the Frontier electoral district was composed entirely of 3 new members of the House.

The 1st Legislature of Cascadia was a meeting of the the legislative branch of the Republic of Cascadia, composed of the Cascadia House of Representatives. It convened in Olympia, on August 17, 2022, on the first day of SayerQT’s governorship and ended on September 17, 2022. With the initial meeting of the First Legislature, the Cascadian federal government officially began operations under the new frame of government established by the 2022 Constitution.
