Afghanistan was founded by Alania under the direction of CaptainCarrot20. This outpost was suppose to become independent, but CaptainCarrot20 went inactive for an extended period and has not been heard from, so it was unclaimed after the elimination of inactive people in which CaptainCarrot20 was kicked.
