Baltimore
Baltimore is the city in Illinois with the second largest population with 19 people currently. It is based upon the real life city of Baltimore, Maryland near the east coast of North America.
History
Baltimore mainly gained most of its large territory and population because of the Trimortum-USA War; the population and size were built upon as to avoid small USA towns popping up near the town and preventing Baltimore from expanding (this was legal during the war). Many leaders from other parts of Illinois moved to Baltimore to expand the territory.

City Subdivisions
A large portion of Baltimore is dedicated to a piece of unfinished mapart, and is completely undeveloped. Most of the colonized portions of Baltimore are at the y-level 70, with some of the other portions of Baltimore being dug to this level to be connected to the rest of the town. The types of buildings vary between different parts of Baltimore; there are some skyscrapers, a suburban district, and a large mall. Baltimore borders 5 towns: Allegany (Maryland), Newark (New_Jersey), Philadelphia (Pennsylvania), Washington (Union_States), and Frederick (Illinois)
