History
Bank of America was founded on August 3rd, 2019.
After Bank of America foundation, it was based on Newark, New Jersey, by JoniAlt and Bigred914, Joni's share was 55%, and Bigred's 45%.
The first mutual fund, simply named "F1M", Bank of America opened in early August, with a total buying power of 120G, it was invested in the EMCSE, with a final value of around 200G, the fund was dissolved and the bank bought back the stocks from the investors.
On October 24 2020, JoniAlt purchased from Bigred his shares in BofA and became the full owner of it.
On March 26th 2021, the control of "Bank of America" has been transferred to Indian7p, by the founder and former CEO JoniAlt.
