Borders and Claims

Borders and Claims are things which are made by nations and make it illegal for other nations to be in the radius. They usually take away the rights of the individual and are made to enforce a nation's control over a region. Some nations which enforce heavy border and claims include: Britain, Queensland, Mongolia, Niger, and Tibet.

Claimblocking

Claimblocking is a semi-illegal (if taken too far) method to block other nations / towns to claim into areas, this can be done by entirely surrounding the town, which is illegal because it totally blocks town's expansion. A better use is just to have large panhandles, or stretches of thin land that can even be seen in real life geography, in places like Oklahoma, Zambia, Croatia, Afghanistan, and most famously, the entire goddamn country of Chile. These are usually actually to reach geographical locations, such as rivers and water in general.

Examples of claimblocking towns are: The_Wall, Venezuela (a huge strip of land almost entirely circling their capital form 10 chunks away.)
