Cesis is town made 16.04.2020 on 22:22 (GMT +1) by L33X1. This town is between Valga and Jelgava and it's in nation of Terra Mariana.
This town is all about one thing, Savageism. As soon as someone is close to its territory, L33X1 and his followers all charge the threat with anything they can get their hands on. Everyone says “IMA GET YOU BOI REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE”. Even if that player joins the town, it is still a major priority to do.
