chummyontwofps is the current leader of Northeast China. He created the nation in August to gain complete control of Chinese territory near the Gobi Desert, where he gets large amounts of sand. He is responsible for the 6,500 block-long "sand river" that spans from near the capital of Himalayas all the way to the central Gobi.
