A train station which goes to Richmond and Phiadelpha. A farm, which grows the following- animals, trees, sugar, wheat, eggs, pumpkin, watermellon, carrots, and potateos. A nice pier, with many shops and boats. A mine with a nether portal to mine and go to the nether (only for residents) An enchanting room near the train station, with lots of blazes and netherwart.
