Fractured_Soul is a bloody legend who started off in the epic nation of Rio_Grande back in his town of Houston as a councilor on July 11th of 2019. Ever since, Fractured has ventured off to vast lands and continents across the server and lead many nations and made many friends along the way. Usually he memes with players and staff and gets into random unnecessary arguments which lead to stupid things (Ban much?). Nowadays, you can find Fractured on EMC almost every weekend at 6PM-6AM GMT-5.
