General Engineering and Mechanics (GEM) is a primarily a vehicle dealer and secondarily a retail franchise. It's current HQ is in the GSS PeoplePower and was founded in 2018 by Don Miller (aka 2theMAX the Stair Fax) as a school project and later became a independent media group.
