The Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation (German: Heiliges Römisches Reich Deutscher Nation, Latin: Sacrum Imperium Romanum Nationis Germanicæ) is a Germanic nation located in Central Europe. Even though it is called the Holy Roman Empire, the empire itself has no claims whatsoever on the city of Rome.
